Mail Status Tool
One of Roof Chief’s most useful tools is Mail Status. It allows you to see what has been sent, delivered, and opened through Roof Chief.
Once you log into RC, you’ll see the text ‘Tools’ on the gray bar next to Reports. Simply click on the tab and then Mail Status, which will appear beneath.
On the Mail Status page, use the blue buttons to search by status.
